1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "5557" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 5557 online casino and sports betting service operated at https://5557.vu.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 5557 platform in any capacity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 5557. By registering an account or using the 5557 platform in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this document;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;

3. Eligibility

Use of the 5557 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 5557 operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly provide services to minors. Players who provide false information regarding their age will have their accounts suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 5557 platform. Creating multiple accounts constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4. Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of 5557 Services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

5557 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address; and any additional documentation deemed necessary to comply with applicable due diligence requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 5557 may result in the restriction, suspension, or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 5557 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 5557 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 5557 platform. Where 5557 determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — 5557 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and retain any balances as compensation for administrative costs incurred.

5. Deposits

5557 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through a range of approved local payment methods. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to large deposits.
• Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank online transfer, BRAC Bank online transfer, and other methods as listed in the 5557 cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your 5557 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Any delays are attributable to the payment provider and not to 5557.
• All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. 5557 reserves the right to investigate and reverse deposits that appear to have been made for money laundering or other fraudulent purposes.
• 5557 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your 5557 account is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to your account tier and current VIP status.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. 5557 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, 5557 may require completion of full KYC verification as set out in Section 4.2. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• 5557 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

5557 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers. Specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games are set out in the individual promotion terms published at the time of each offer.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to players who have completed registration, provided accurate account information, and, where required, completed KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the relevant promotional offer.
• 5557 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will remain subject to the original terms under which they were awarded.
• Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of game mechanics to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated betting strategies — will have their bonus entitlement cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following default wagering requirements apply: welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount; free spins winnings carry a wagering requirement of 25x; reload bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount. Bets placed on live dealer table games, virtual sports, and certain low-variance slots may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

8. Games and Sports Betting

5557 provides access to a range of online casino games and sports betting markets. The following conditions apply to all gaming and betting activity on the platform:

• Sports betting odds are set by 5557 and are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be settled, except in cases of obvious error.

9. Prohibited Conduct

16. Amendments to These Terms
